What is it?

Developed by Dr Mike Mandel, Mindscaping is an enjoyable guided process of accessing your inner resources through the language of the mind (metaphor and symbols). When facilitated by a trained hypnotist/coach/therapist, this enjoyable and relaxing journey allows you to change your inner landscape which then creates positive change in your life. Mindscaping had its genesis in aspects of Time Line Therapy, Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP submodality shifts, The Cube system of personality typing, and Jungian symbolism and archetype theory.

If your feeling stuck, and don’t know how to move ahead in life. If you are struggling to meet your goals. If you are battling with negative thoughts, behaviors or habits.

Mindscaping can help. It can remove obstacles to feeling good and breakdown blocks and behaviors preventing you from moving ahead in your life. Whats involved in the Mindscaping Session process?

You sit back, relax, close your eyes, and follow the guidance of your me, your Mindscape Coach. You’ll be asked to visualize things, to describe them, and to notice the changes as they occur. It’s a relaxing, fascination, enlightening, and thoroughly enjoyable experience. The best part however is the amazing transformational results you’ll recognize immediately following your session.


How long is a typical Mindscaping session?

Normally less than an hour.   I’ve done sessions ranging from 20 to 45 minutes or so.  Its always good to have some extra time before the beginning a mindscape to fully understand the needs and desired outcomes of the individual.
